Mr. P.Murali
Mohana Rao, aged 46, is a Fellow Member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and
has done commerce graduation from Andhra University.
He has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in
the year 1984. He started his career as a partner
in M/s. Mogili Sridhar & Co., a firm of Chartered
Accountants in Hyderabad. Mr. P.Murali Mohana
Rao obtained his Fellow Membership from the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India in 1989. He
started P. Murali & Co., in 1996. He has handled
various assignments which include Taxation, Financial
Planning & Structuring, Project Financing, RBI
& SEBI Matters etc. He has wide and rich Knowledge
in Income Tax Laws & Practice, SEBI & RBI Rules
and all Company law related matters. He is consultant
to several large companies and has given consultancy
to them in all Tax & Other Financial matters.
He is also representing for various appeals with
the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and with Commissioner
of Income Tax Appeals at Hyderabad.

Mr. Mukund Vijayrao
Joshi, aged 48 years, is a Fellow Member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and
has done commerce graduation from Nagpur University
. He has qualified as a Chartered Accountant in
1985. He has become the fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India in 1991. He
joined Mogili Sridhar & Co., a firm of Chartered
Accountants in Hyderabad in 1994.
Subsequently,
he joined P.Murali & Co., as a partner in the
year 1999. He has handled various assignments
in the form of Internal Audit of Listed/Limited
Companies, Tax Audit, Statutory/Concurrent Audit
of Banks, Project Financing and Tax related matters
, etc. . His is having expertise knowledge in
Income Tax related matters. He is dealing in the
various appeal with the Commissioner and Income
Tax Appeallate Tribunal Cases. and is incharge
for Chennai branch of the P. Murali & Co. Chartered
Accountants.
He has started
his career as an Accounts Officer with Mineral
Exploration Corporation Limited (A Government
of India Enterprise) and worked with them handling
their Accounts Department till 1994.

Rao
Mr. Lakshmoji
Rao, aged 37 years, has qualified in 1997 and
obtained his fellowship in 2002.He has done commerce
Graduate from Nagarjuna University. He is expert
in audit and taxation. At present, he is looking
after Bangalore Branch.
